This is a side view of the first floor drawing. Elevators (not shown) are outside the towers, going through the Parents Lounge. The Roof Garden (not shown) could be a helipad.
Basically two central cores for bearing, fire zones and plumbing, etc. The Bathroom drawing illustrates the floor area next to the core, and is the room entrance. A lounge on each floor next to elevators.
Stairs lead to Parent’s Lounge ramps and first floor egress in case of fire.
Envelope possibly fibreglass windows and photovoltaics. Pre stressed concrete slab floors. Core possibly polymer fibre cement? Possible Pizza elevator!
Blue turquoise and golden orange colour theme?
Should be built to last, with three depreciation schedules. Fifteen years for furniture, fifty years for equipment and non load bearing walls, and one hundred years for floors and load bearing walls.
